Policy/Procedure

1. Unsafe conditions shall be reported in writing through regular channels to the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department Safety Bureau and Battalion Chief. The Department Safety Officer shall review the report, add their recommendation for elimination of the unsafe condition, and forward to the report to the Deputy Chief of Operations for mitigation of the condition.
