**Policy/Procedure** 

**1.** Unless attending to official Departmental business, no member shall visit the Administration offices without going through the proper chain of command for permission.

**2.** Member’s requests for meetings with the Chief of the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department shall be scheduled at the Chief’s convenience through the Chief’s Administrative Assistant.
