This will ensure that Company training will have oversight by higher authority and is being performed in accordance with TFRD policies and procedures. **Policy/Procedure** **1.** The Battalion Chief will observe the officers conduct, abilities, and knowledge of the subject(s) being presented. This shall be completed in accordance with TFRD Rule Book [[a_manual:article_xiii|ARTICLE XIII BATTALION CHIEFS]] Sec 6 Row C. **2.** At the conclusion of the training, the Battalion Chief will use Target Solutions to document the observed training session. **3.** A verbal critique of the training will be given to the Company Officer(s) and those involved by the Battalion Chief. **4.** The Battalion Chief will report any major deficiencies or safety concerns immediately to the Deputy Chief of Training and Deputy Chief of Operations through appropriate channels. \\ ---- See Also: ---- <- b_manual:B19 ^ b_manual:start|Index ^ b_manual:B21 ->
