No member shall be guilty of falsifying reports or statements concerning any matter material to the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department or City of Toledo. A violation of this rule may be grounds for dismissal from the Department. (Class II-III) | ||

Military courtesy in the form of a proper hand salute may be exchanged between chief officers and all other members when entering each other’s presence for the first time in any given day while on duty and in uniform.
